Speaker: Michael Campbell, CEO, Habitat for Humanity
Program: “How Habitat Forsyth Makes a Difference”
Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County has brought people together to build homes, communities and hope since 1985. Mr. Campbell will discuss the importance of housing and how family stability creates strong families, strong communities. Think of a pebble making a ripple in a pond. Family by family, homeownership stabilizes a community. When children are in a stable home in a stable community then each child makes a difference in a classroom. Making a difference in a classroom affects at least 22 other children. This positive change allows children to have stronger more positive relationships and then to continue to excel in school and go on to higher education. Come join us for more on the ripple effect of Habitat for Humanity in your community.
